The organizer of the Fair, Messe Berlin, thanked the Swiss aerobatic squadron Patrouille Suisse for their demonstrations that had a huge puplic appeal. The piece will be erected in the foyer of the Swiss embassy in Berlin Mitte on June 15th. Next to the US embassy the Swiss embassy will be the second one to to be in the possession of a Wall element as a monument for peace.

The piece was handed over in the presence of the chairman of Messe Berlin, Raimund Hasch, Colonel i.G. Jörg Köhler, Defence Attaché of the Swiss embassy, as well as a team of Patrouille Suisse with tier commander, Lt. Col. Daniel Hösli. The design shows a piece of the Berlin artist , Jakob Wagner, entitled "Formation" and it is dedicated to the aerobatics pilots.

Switzerland is a partner of the ILA 2010, which this year celebrates the anniversary of "100 years of Swiss aviation". Patrouille Suisse, the audience´s darling, contributed largely to this theme. The team was also presented with exclusive collector´s items of the Wall miniatures made from Rosenthal porcellain on a scale of 1:25.
